Indie Chefs Community was founded with a mission to build stronger and more equitable chef communities in markets across the US, founded on the premise of collaboration and chef-to-chef interaction, in 2017. The 2022 city tour, was planned to set the stage for a “rebirth” of the culinary community post-pandemic, with a nation-wide tour of indie chefs experiences, allowing chefs to forage relationships in - and out - of their market. Each city event consisted of:

• 18-24 hand-selected acclaimed chefs from both the local market and across the nation, from an overall Indie Chefs Community of over 350 chefs

• Four full days of itinerary focused on chef-to-chef bonding and collaboration

• Three evenings of ticketed dinners to the public featuring 12-course dinners
